By car

Coming from motorway A12 Genova-Rosignano or from A15 Parma-La Spezia, Manarola can be reached by car from La Spezia (14 km) by coastline road SS.370 “Litoranea delle Cinque Terre”. The historical centres of Cinque Terre are closed to car traffic (except for short loading operations). For this reason, it is necessary to park the car in one of the two paying park areas outside the village or along the road, where possible.

Manarola can be easily reached by train on the line Genova - Roma. You get off the train in Manarola station, on the sea, and you reach the main street (Via Discovolo) through a pedestrian tunnel where you will be welcomed by us and taken to your accommodation.

Suggestions

If you decide to stay at our accommodations 5 TERRE PELAGOS, we warmly suggest to leave your car in La Spezia and to reach Manarola through a very short train journey lasting nine minutes. La Spezia offers lots of parking areas, paying and free and many bus connections to the central station. For many months a year, there’s also a particular connection service from La Spezia to Manarola (and viceversa): www.5terretransfer.com. In this way, you will also help to protect the uniqueness of the villages of Cinque Terre that has been preserved also thanks to the not easy accessibility through the road.
