Great Eastern room

Description

Double room with warm colors shades furnished in “vintage” style and embellished by Nineteenth-century cherry wood writing desk and chest of four drawers. Both pieces of furniture have been owned by Rollandi’s family for almost one century and were originally on board of the English clipper “Great Eastern” carrying tea from India to England. The room is also characterized by the wrought iron coat stand and the bedhead made with “old fifties” tiles. The room has a comfortable bathroom in yellow shades, with crystal shower box and washbasin on a natural stone shelf. The room and the bathroom are provided with main comforts: air conditioning unit with muffler, mini-fridge bar, safe and hairdryer. Furthermore, our guests can have infusions, tea and coffee autonomously, both in the room and in the little hall dug in the stone, in the lower floor next to the reception, embellished by a full length wall seventeenth-century world map. Our guests can also make use of a wide terrace with a fine view on the sea. Here they can have breakfast or just relax in the open air.
